The house is surrounded by well-maintained landscaped gardens, which merge into lush green fields.  The sea is a stone’s throw away; the little road leading to the house continues down to the sea edge.  There is no noise but the birds and the sea.  There is a large Cedar deck leading from the patio area, garden furniture and barbecue.
